Compactors - Information

Prater's compaction capabilities are used to improve flowability, solubility, dust control, and waste by-products recovery. Compactors and Briquettors provide effective methods for controlling particle size to avoid both contamination and dusting problems. The increased material density through briquetting provides cost effective flexibility to increase bulk density to reduce storage volume, retain product integrity, reducing handling costs, and maximize shipping weights.
