Rotary Sifters - Information
Offers more throughput capacity per screen area than conventional screening equipment. Maintenance friendly design provides for large, quick opening access doors to provide easy access to sieve chamber and all internal working parts. Changing or replacing screens takes minutes and no tools are required for screen frame assembly changes. The Prater Rota-Sieve, is totally enclosed, operates quietly with no dust problems, motion, or vibration. Prater offers a patented and exclusive option called the Rota-Trap, which is designed for heavy duty prescalping by trapping and protecting the sieve cloth from tramp metal, stones, and other unwanted particles.
